  • Developing countries have a great interest in the protection of traditional knowledge. Through international diplomacy in related to international organizations, the developing countries concerns about misappropriation of traditional knowledge by transnational corporatioms. The protection of traditional knowledge must be provided in a legal system which does not only ensure economic benefit for the developing countries, indigenous people nut it also reflects universal principles, namely justice and equity.
