- Abstract International Court Of Justice (ICJ) represent one of especial organs of United Nations. It can finish dispute that happened between member of United Nations. International Court of Justice as international justice have play role many in assisting to finish Nations dispute. Until now, Court still exist and selected by States because of decision from International Court of Justice have strong, legally binding and expert of international so that guarantee dispute will be finished with fair and according to principles of International Law.
