  • The stability of aquous Rifampicin on various of pHs and times of keeping has been performed. The aquous rifampicins were buffered on pHs of 2.30,7.40,8.20, 13.12 n 20-22 C. Their potencies were determined afrer !,3,7,75,30,45,6Q,75 and 90 hours using agar difusion method by mean of Bacillus substilis ATCC 6633. The result showed that stability were attemped at pH of 7.40 Q0-22 C) with potency decreasing rate 0.0014/hour. At pH of. 2.3Q and 8.ZO the rates'were more higher ie. 0.0052 and 0.0029/ hour respectively, while at pH of 13.72 the potency completely disappeared.
