  • A background correction technigue to determine r'itamin C con- centration in beverages. Was developed determination of ritamin C conccntrationwas based on the difference betwen UV absorption of pure vitamin C solution and oxidized vitamin C solution at 265 nm. Thc vitamin C was oxidized by means of Cu(ll) ion as catalist. Results this technique shorved good recoverv with standart error about 5 % .
