- Rule of article 74 UUPT have regulation of CSR of Voluntary become mandatory. Philosophically that arrangement is based of article 33 paragraph (3) and (4) UUD 1945, while from its empirical fact is not quit of environmental impact and damage which generated by activity mining of it self. From result of research also showing that rule of regulation related to mining area it self have contained principle of CSR. Key word : corporate social responsibility
