- Mediasi is the way of the solving of dispute through consultation process to obtain;get agreement of the parties constructively mediator. This Mediasi not yet effective to finish civil dispute with peace, but there [is] a few/little progress where process of mediasi have succeeded to finish some civil dispute with peace. Effort conducted by justice to be optimal to provide special room of mediasi, providing judge register of mediatior and is optimal of process of mediasi.
