  • Analitycal method for the determination of antioxidant activity expressed as percentage of inhibition, concentration of total phenolic and lycopene in tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.) by using spectrophotometry UV-Visible has been done. The examination of antioxidant activity was performed on tomato methanol extract with concentration of 10 : 30 : 50 : 70 and 90 μg/ml respectively by using DPPH (2,2 – difenil- 1 – plkrilhidrazil) radical gave percentage of inhibition of : 18; 32.8; 60,8; 81.0; and 92.5 % respectively.
