- The study of anticancer effect of aethanol extract of Aka Lambung leaves Merremia peltata (L) has been done using the Micronucleus Assay methods. Single dose of 50 mg/BW of siclofosphamide that was given intraperitonial. Was used as............ . The decreasing effect of micronuclei cell in femur bone marrow and the increasing number of hematocrit value of the experimental mice were observed. The result of study shows that the extract given within the dose of ( 30; 100; 300 mg/kg BW ) can decrease micronuclei cell compared with the micronuclei cell from the mice wich only given siclofosphamide (positive control) significantly (P < 0,05). This decreasing level is relevant with ...... doses. The give extract can also raise the hematocrite number of experimental mice compare with the mice only given siclofosphamide significantly ( P < 0,05 ). Key words :
