- Teratogenic effect of the anticancer herb Chinesse has been conducted on female white mice macroscopically. Herb was given orally with variety of doses 22,46 and 224,64 mg/20g of body weight at day 6th to 14th of gestation and laparactomy was done at day 18th of gestation. The result showed that the anticancer herb did not influence the number of mice fetuses at each treatments, but influenced the body weight of dam significantly in dosage 224,64 mg/20 g of body weight and body weight of mice fetuses significantly in both dosages. Furthermore, it was found four anomalies of fetuses in dosage 22,46 mg/20 g of body weight and one of them abnormality at feet and fingers. Where us in dosage 224,64 mg/20 g of body weight was found two anomaly of fetuses.
