- PT. Famili Raya is a company engaged in the plantation and rubber processing industry. PT. Famili Raya has a record of 102 occupational accidents in 2011-2015. Data collection is done by searching secondary data and distributing questionnaires. In the 7 production area subdivisions, there were 4 factors that caused the work accident which was analyzed, namely the attitude of workers, material & equipment, work environment, and work procedures. The validity of the research data was analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and also reliability with Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the study showed that 4 subdivisions were at the risk level of the low type of accident while the other 3 subdivisions, namely the weakening, weighing and drying of the air in the dryer were at the moderate risk level. Risk control that can be done is the need for OHS Management System training, the use of personal protective equipment, the need for insulation on equipment that has the risk of workplace accidents and safety signs.
