- The formalin detection system is designed using a HCHO sensor that serves to detect the formalin content of the object and is supported by the ATMega 8 microcontroller as the process controller and the reading results are displayed on the LCD display and activating the buzzer as a warning that the object contains formalin. System testing has been done into groceries such as chicken and meatballs. The results show that overall the formalin detection system is functioning properly and is required for detection for 30 seconds.
- Sistem pendeteksi formalin dirancang menggunakan sensor HCHO yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi kandungan formalin pada objek dan didukung oleh mikrokontroller ATMega8 sebagai pengontrol proses dan hasil pembacaan ditampilkan pada display berupa LCD dan mengaktifkan buzzer sebagai peringatan bahwasanya objek mengandung formalin. Pengujian sistem telah dilakukan ke bahan makanan seperti ayam dan bakso. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan sistem alat pendeteksi formalin berfungsi dengan baik dan yang dibutuhkan untuk pendeteksian selama 30 detik.
