- The purpose of this reasearch is to examine the effect of Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Fund and Share Allocation Fund to Level of Regional Financial Independence either simultaneously of partially on the Government Regency/City In Riau Province. . The population in this research is the regency / city at Riau Province are publish their financial statement in Financial Department of the Republic Indonesia and this research is done for 2012-2015. There are twelve regency/city. The sample in this research is taken by using purposive sampling method. The type of data that is used is secondary data. Independent variable Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Share Allocation Fund, while the dependent variable is Regional Financial Independence . Technical data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this research using multiple linear regression with the F test and t test. The result of this research show (1) economic Growth partially siginificant and positive effect on the Level of Regional Financial Independence,(2) Local Own Revenue partially siginificant and positive effect on the Level of Regional Financial Independence,(3) General Allocation Fund partially positive effect but not significant on the Level of Regional Financial Independence, (4) Share Allocation Fund partially positive effect but not significant on the Level of Regional Financial Independence. (5) economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Share Allocation Fund have the positive and significant effect to the dependent variabel namely Regional Financial Independence in Regency / City at Riau Province.
- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah dana alokasi umum dan dana bagi hasil terhadap tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada Pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Riau. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kabupaten / kota di Provinsi Riau yang mempublikasikan laporan APBD dan Laporan Realisasi APBDnya di situs Departemen Keuangan periode tahun 2012-2015 yang berjumlah 12 kabupaten/kota. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling method. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PE), Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH). Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PE) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap tingkat kemandirian Keuangan daerah, (2) Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah , (3) Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah, (4) Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah, (5) Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum , dan Dana Bagi Hasil secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel dependen yaitu tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah.
