- Caostic soda is a solid substance has the from of white crystal usually used in washing of bottle.Caostic soda can provide a cleaning action with emulsification and saponification of fats,hydrolysis of proteins dissolving carbohydrates and dispersing of insoluble matter.In addition of concentration of the caostc soda ,temperature also effect to the bottle cleaning level.Increase the concentration of the caostic soda and temperature has used in washing of bottle,the bottle cleaning level would be high too most good , namely the first compartement with caustic soda 3,10 % and temperature 580 c and the two compartement and with concentration caustic soda 2,50 % and temperature 740c Universitas
- Kaostik soda adalah zat padat berbentuk kristal putih yang sering digunakan dalam pencucian botol.kaostik soda dapat memberikan aksi pembersihan dengan cara mengemulsi dan saponifikasi lemak,memperluas permukaan kotoran,hidrolisa protein,melarutkan karbohidrat dan menghancurkan bahan bahan yang sukar larut.Disamping konsentrasi kaostik soda,temperaturi juga sangat mempengaruhi tingkatkebersihan botol.semakin tinggi konsentrasi kaostik soda dan temperatur yang digunakan dalam pencucian botol,tingkat kebersihan botol akan semakin tinggi pula.Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan ,diproleh tingkat kebersihan botol yaitu pada compartement I dengan konsentasi caustic soda 3,10 % dan temperatur 5,80C dan pada compartement II dengan konsentrasi caustic soda 2,50 % dan temperatur 740C .
