  • Balai Latihan Pendidikan Teknik (Vocational Education Training Center) is a Technical Implementation Unit of formal vocational under the education service responsible to the head of education service concerned. The task of Balai Latihan Pendidikan Teknik is to implement technical vocational practice training for the students of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (Vocational High School) appointed. This study employees the theory of Human Resource management related ti the Motivation, Supervivion, Discipline an Performance. The purpose of this explanatory quantitative descriptive study was to analyze. The Population of this study was all of the 39 employees working in the office of Balai Latihan Pendidikan Teknik Dinas pendidikan Province of Sumatera Utara selected through the census sampling method. The data for this study were obtained through documentation study, observation, questionnaire distribution and interviws. The data obtained were analyzed through multiple linear regression tests. The result of this study showed that motivation, supervision and discipline simultaneously had a significant influence on the performance of the employees of Balai Latihan Pendidikan Teknik Dinas Pendidikan Province of Sumatera Utara and partially, discipline had more dominant influence on the performance of the employees.
