- SimPATI card is a prepaid card issued by Telkomsel is difficult to be recognized by people as well as the widest network in Indonesia. Consumer trust and social bonds that had formed in the minds of people because simPATI has the advantage of a very difficult card rivaled by other providers. This is because sympathy is the first x cellular card was launched in Indonesia, so the product simPATI more widely recognized by the cellular card users in Indonesia. This has the advantage that would encourage people to make repeat purchases This study aims to analyzes belief influence and social load towards Simpati card customer loyalty in social science faculty communication science direction student university and north sumatra university politics. Primary data collection is done by using a questionnaire on student population at the department of communication science and social sciences faculty of political science University Of North Sumatra. This research uses descriptive quantitative research to test hypotheses using multiple linear regression analysis of the hypothesis.This method of using accidental sampling method with a sample of 138 student department of communication science and social sciences faculty of political science University Of North Sumatra. The results of this study simultaneously (simultaneous) that social tie positively and significant towards Simpati card customer loyalty in social science faculty communication science direction student university and politics USU. while, influential belief positively and not significant towards Simpati card customer loyalty in social science faculty communication science direction student university and politics usu. found tight connection between belief and social tie towards Simpati card customer loyalty in social science faculty communication science direction student university and politics usu. Variable dominantest in influence Simpati card customer loyalty in this study at the department of communication science and social sciences faculty of political science University Of North Sumatra is the variable of sosial ties between companies and customers
