  • Formulation of the problem in this study is the extent to which influence the quality of services consisting of: the physical evidence, assurance, responsiveness, reliability, and empaty sangggul mountain communities to the satisfaction of service users humbang Hasundutan county route permit. Purpose of this study to determine the effect of the variable quality of service (tangible, assurance, responsiveness, reliability and empathy) to the satisfaction of the people who use the route permit. This research uses an associative type of research method. Associative research aims to determine the relationship of independent variables with the dependent variable. Working method of the research using statistical software SPSS 17.0 for windows. Data used are the primary data and secondary data. This research uses a sample of 71 respondents of this research. Data analysis method used is the test of validity, reliability, descriptive and quantitative method that consists of multiple linier regression test, test of hypothesis (F-test, t-test and coefficien of determination). These results indicate that the variables of tangible, assurance, responsiveness, reliability and empathy effect jointly to the satisfaction of the people who use the route permint. While partial quarantee of variable have the most impact on people’ satisfaction.
