- This Study is perfomed to analyze the influence Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Return on Investment (ROI) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR) of the manufacture corporation that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2008 up to 2010. The population in this study are all manufacturing corporations listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2008-2010 which is 170 corporations. Data that used in this research is financial statements published through website www.bei.co.id and Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Sampling technique used is purposive sampling on criterion : (1) the manufacture corporation that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange per 2008-2010, (2) the manufacture corporation that represents the audited financial statements per 2008-2010 and (3) corporation that regularly shares devidend per 2008-2010 in devidend payout ratio. Based on the criterion of the research, the amount of sampling is 11 corporations. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and hypotesis test operated by SPSS 18 to examine regression coefficient in partial and simultan with level of significance 5%. Before testing the correlation between Investment Opportunity Set, Return on Investment dan Net Profit Margin to Devidend Payout Ratio, testing the normality of the variable first. Test using One Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov Test. From the test results, all variables are normally distributed. Another classical test shows that the amount of independent variable not have siginificant influence toward Devidend Payout Ratio in simultan. And data processing with multiple regression analysis shows in partial Investment Opportunity Set and Net Profit Margin not have significant influence toward Devidend Payout Ration, but Return on Investment gives significantly positive effect on Devidend Payout Ratio.
