- This research's goal was to know which the best concentrate between M.an\sopliae and B.bassiana in controled C.binotalis on Cabbage in laboratory. Pest arhd Disease are the major and crucial problems for the cabbage plant. Plutella xylostella and Crocidolomia binotalis are the most important pest on cabbage plant, in Indonesia the losing can approach 100% if not under control. P.xyllostella and C.binotalis are the difficult for controling with pesticide because of its ability to be resistence against the general insecticide that the farmers used. The controling with the biologic insecticide like because they M.anisopliae and B.bassiana are needed for nowadays are naturally easy for spreading by themselves, only needs the first application and cause long lasting effect. This research was done on Pest and Disease Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, August until September 2004 with factorial randomized completed design, which consist two factor. The first factor: JO (control), J1 (using M.anisopliae), J2 (using B.bassiana). The second factor : D1 (106 conidia/ml), D2 (107conidia/ml), D3 (108conidia/ml). The parameter was symptoms of death of C.binotalis, the percentage of larvae mortality, the percentage of larvae to pupae, the percentage of pupae to adult and the percentage of bad pupae. C.binotalis Whitish to the infected with B.bassiana, larvae mortality infected The research's result show us that the symptoms of larvae which infected of M.anisopliae, their body grown with the dirty green spores, other hand the larvae C.binotalis which their body grown with white spore. The highest by M.anisopliae found on J1D3 51,25 % and infected by B.bassiana found on J2D2 62,5 %. Using of M.anisopliae and B.bassiana with the different concentrate of conidia showed us of influenced the mortality of C.binotalis larvae.
