- This Research was conducted to know whether there are effects of accountability, competence and independence of the auditor of the quality of the results of inspection at Inspektorat Kota Medan. Population in this research is 34 (thirty four) auditors who was in the Inspektorat Kota Medan. The data in this study is the primary data obtained from questionnaires directly to the auditors at the Inspektorat Kota Medan. This results indicate that accountability, competence and independence of auditors simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of the results of the Inspektorat Kota Medan, while partially only competence does not have a significant impact in the quality of the result of inspection at Inspektorat Kota Medan.
