  • Pharmacokinetic profile connected with the entry of active substances into the body. This aim of this study was to know what the effect of vitamin C on the pharmacokinetics profile from diclofenac sodium. This study was using 12 male rabbits weighing 1,5-2 kg with give away orally. For the 6 first rabbit was done with standard diclofenac sodium solution and 6 other rabbits gift of vitamin C 50 mg / kg for 7 days consecutive, and then given diclofenac sodium solution. Drug levels in the blood of each rabbit were taken at intervals of 0.25 hour, 0.5 hour, 0.75 hour, 1.25 hour, 1.75 hour, 2.25 hour, 3.25 hour, 4.25 hour, 5.25 hour and then at vortex and disentrifuge. Measurement of diclofenac sodium levels in plasma of rabbits performed by using HPLC. Mobile phase used to measure plasma levels of sodium diclofenac is MeOH: Buffer Acetate (85:15) and flow rate of 1 ml/min. The results obtained ka 2.5207 ± 0.738 hour-1 and decreased after treatment of vitamin C is 0.6788 ± 0.064 hour-1. Absorption T1⁄2 values increased after treatment of vitamin C that is 0.3007 ± 1.0302 hour to 0.108 ± 0.111 hour. The T maximum value was also increased after treatment of vitamin C with a value of 1.7827 ± 0.531 hour to 3.945 ± 0.9597 hour. In determining the C maximum value obtained diclofenac sodium levels decreased from 72.92 ± 5.892 mcg / ml in the treatment without vitamin C to 68.3983 ± 3.7575 mcg / ml the treatment of vitamin C. Vd value in the treatment of vitamin C showed decreased from 27.5867 ± 4.442 liters to 26.32±3.3630 liters, the value of AUC0 - ∞ shows the decreased that is 2078.3622 ± 203.131 mcg / ml.jam to be 1589.215 ± 712.9246 mcg / ml.jam, AUMC0-∞ value also showed a decrease after treatment of vitamin C is 53752.0242 ± 11101.247 mcg/ml.jam2 (without vitamin treatment C) to 42393.9867 ± 7849.735 mcg/ml.jam2. MRT values also showed a decrease from 25.6542 ± 2.5624 hours of treatment without giving vitamin C to 23.5458 ± 2.162 hours after the treatment of vitamin C. Elimination rate (Kel) value was increased after treatment of vitamin C is 0.0395 ± 0.0036 hour-1 after treatment of vitamin C is 0.0444 ± 0.0043 hour-1, and the elimination half-life value (T1⁄2 elimination) decreases with the value 17.687 ± 1.811 hours of treatment without vitamin C to 15.72 ± 1.471 hours after treatment of vitamin C. Cl value was increased after treatment of vitamin C is 1.0753 ± 0.104 ml / hour without vitamin C to 1.1672 ± 0.053 ml / hour.
