This study aims to determine the ability of parasiticTetrastichus sp. some sugarcane stem borer in the laboratory.This study used a complete randomized design (CRD) 2 factorial with two replications of 16 treatment A0B1, A1B1, A2B1, A3B1, A4B1, A5B1, A6B1, A7B1 (control, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 pairs to hostPh. castaneae ), A0B2, A1B2, A2B2, A3B2, A4B2, A5B2, A6B2, A7B2 (control, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 pairs to host Chiloauricilius) consist of 5 pupae per tube. The results showed that thehighest percentage parasitization of pupaeTetrastichussp. found in the treatment A6B1, A7B1, A6B2 and A7B2 is 50% and the lowest percentageis 20% on A1B1 and A1B2. For the fastest incubation period contained in the treatment of A1B6 and A1B7 is 4 days, and the lowest in the treatment of A1B1 and A1B2 is 6 days. In observation of Tetrastichus sp., the highest found in the treatment is 171.50 A1B1 and A4B2 is the lowest at 29.00. The highest sex ratio observation found in the female sex ratio. The results showed that Tetrastichus sp. able parasited several types of host and environmental friendly nature.
