  • The title of this survey is “Influence of Work Culture and Employee Comitment to Employee Performance in PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan.” The purpose of this survey is to know and to analyse work culture and employee commitment to employee performance in PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. This survey is asociative survey. Test of data using the questionnaire that analyzed by using statistical analysist such as : test of validity and reliability, assumptions of classical test and multiple linear regression analysist on α=5% with using SPSS 15.00 version for windows. This survey result is influence of work culture and employee commitment to employee performance in PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan positive and significantive. F test shows both of work culture and employee commitment influential to employe performance positive and significantive. T test shows work culture is domineer to influence employee performance in PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan. Determination coefficient test shows Adjusted R Square is 0.389, it means work culture and employee commitment influential to employee performance in PT Bank Sumut Cabang Utama Medan as 38.9% and the rest as 61.1% is explained by other variable which not examinated by examinator.
