Scabies was diagnosed by anamnesis directly on the respondents. Water quality tests conducted by laboratories in Tirtanadi PDAM Medan. The relationship between scabies and water quality (taps and wells) were analyzed with chi-square statistical analysis. The results show that the respondents who used water tap, were 35 people and 5 people were not scabies. Respondents who used well water, were 25 people and 10 people were not scabies. Based on laboratory test results, when viewed from microbiological parameters of water taps on the maximum levels of faecal coliform value for clean water was above normal level (0 amount/100ml). The data analysis using chi square test shows p value is 0.083 (α = 0.05) and the hypothesis was rejected because there was no relationship between scabies and water quality.
