- This research is aimed to test and describe information of operating cash flow, gross profit margin and net income influence simultaneously and partially in predicting entities future cash flow listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The object of the research is property and real estate companies also consumer goods manufacture which is listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2010, that did not experience loss, and consecutively registered during the observation period. Population in this research is 74 companies. The sample selection is using purposive sampling method and forty five companies are chosen as the sample. Analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis model performed with the aid of the computer program SPSS version 17 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that operating cash flows, gross profit margin, and net income variable simultaneously have predictive ability for future cash flows. Partially, net earnings as the only one of independent variable is proved significantly affect the dependent variable.
