  • PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk is a company which deals with banking activities expects much that its employee could work optimally. In order to gain the expectation, PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk remain doing reorganization in management, employees, organization, system, company’s culture and performance. The aim of this research is not only to acquire and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture towards the employees’ performance but also to acquire and analyze the effect of rewards, education and job training towards the employees’ work motivation. Human Resources Management Theory was applied as the theory and Case Study Census was applied as the approach in this research. This study was conducted by using a descriptive quantitative research. The population was all the employees at PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk and the amount are 40 persons. Total sampling technique was used to take all the population as the sample. The data were obtained by doing interview, documentation study, and giving questionnaires to the samples. The variables were examined by using Likert Scale. Validity and Reliability test were used to test the questionnaires. Processing data in SPSS 12.0 version were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and the hypothesis was analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The findings of first hypothesis indicated that motivation and organizational culture are simultaneously effect on the performance of the employees at PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk Branch Medan. Meanwhile, the organizational culture effects more dominant than the work motivation towards the employees’ performance partially. Further, the second hypothesis showed that the rewards, education, and job training have a significant effect on employees’ work motivation simultaneously, while the rewards have more significant effect than education and job training towards the employees’ work motivation. The conclusions of this study are: (1) in the first hypothesis, the researcher found that work motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect towards the employees’ performance at PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk Medan. (2) in the second hypothesis, the researcher found that rewards, education and job training have a significant effect towards the work motivation of the employees at PT Bank Agroniaga Tbk Medan.
