- The increasing of well-being maintenance cost belongs therapy cost at home ill bring Aceh member especially poor citizen doesn't has certainty get well-being maintenance. One of the solution that prepared by Aceh Government Aceh Well-being Guarantee (JKA). But, well-being service unfavourable causess not satisfied entrant patient JKA. This watchfulness aim detects Aceh well-being guarantee entrant patient perception towards service satisfaction at space takes to stay RSUD City Langsa year 2011. The objective of the study is to know the description by using plan cross sectional. Population in this watchfulness entire entrant patients JKA that is cared to stay at RSUD City Langsa in January up to May month 2011 that is as much as 426 person and made sample as much as 80 person. Data about patient perception towards service and patient satisfaction is got to pass interview by using kuesioner. Data that gatherred to analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of frequency distribution table. The result of the study showed that majority part entrant patient JKA evaluate well-being service at RSUD City Langsa both for cover: administrative services (43,75%,) doctor investigation (51,25%), treatment at treatment space (48,75%), diagnostic supporting investigation (50,00%) and medical action (43,75%). A large part entrant patient JKA felt satisfied towards well-being service at RSUD City Langsa, cover: administrative services (37,50%), investigation service by doctor (42,50%), treatment service (47,50%), diagnostic supporting investigation service (38,75%) and medical action service (41,25%). It is suggested that the management hospital so that permanent defend or even increase the well-being service quality either from facilities aspect, medical service, also the administration service, by reproduce trainings and education about certifiable service that erudition and know-how everyday.
