- Posyandu is one kind of forms of Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) which is organized and managed from, by, for and joint society with technical supports from health workers. Based on the data from Health Office Pakpak Bharat regency 2009, coverage infant/toddler do the weighing is 48.56% and visiting pregnant women to Posyandu is 50,34%. This kind of research a survey research with explanatory method that supposed to explain impact of Posyandu development in Pakpak Bharat regency 2010. The population in this study were all Posyandu which at Pakpak Bharat regency that have 89 Posyandu. The data collected by questionnaire, observation and analysis by multiple linear regression test. The result of the research showed that 89 respondents, the quality service of Posyandu was bad by 55 (61,8%), moderate 30 (33,7%), and good 4 (4,5%). Based on multiple linear regression test showed that the coordination periodical meeting of Posyandu’s variable (p=0.026), coaching visit and facilities (ρ=0.009) and awards (ρ=0.000) and determinant of model facility towards the quality service of Posyandu. Variable which doesn’t have significancy relation with the degree of quality service of Posyandu’s variable is the attending meeting (p=0,724). It is expected to Posyandu developer intitution to provide guidance and coordinate posyandu participation of volunteer, and the village chief in coaching administration / management to increase posyandu quality service.
