- The purpose of this research was to test the effect of ownership structure, company size, corporate governance practices in this research in which proxies into the size of the Board of Commissioners, the proportion of the Independent Commissioners and Audit Committee on Company Financial Performance on the banking company listed on the IDX. Variables used in this study is the ownership structure, company size, size of the Board of Commissioners, the proportion of the Independent Commissioners and Audit Committee as an independent variable and Company Financial Performance as the dependent variable. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method with a sample of 21 of the 28 companies listed on the Stock Exchange of banking in the period 2007-2009. The method used to test the effect of ownership structure, Company Size, Size of the Board of Commissioners, the proportion of the Independent Commissioners and Audit Committee on Financial Performance Company is a method of multiple linear regression. Test results-t test conducted to conclude that ownership structure, Company Size, Size of the Board of Commissioners, the proportion of the Independent Commissioners and Audit Committee did not influence the partial towards Financial Performance Company. F test results carried out concluded that the structure of ownership, Company Size, Size of the Board of Commissioners, the proportion of the Independent Commissioners and Audit Committee simultaneously effect on the Company Financial Performance.
