- Bamboo is a plant easily cultivated and has the potential are quite high, because bamboo has ecological benefits and economic benefits for society. The purpose of this study is an inventory of bamboo, bamboo and examine the use of economic value obtained by the public. Based on the results of research on the utilization of bamboo used by the people generally taken in the forest. There are two types of bamboo that is often used by the people in the utilization of the basic ingredients of green bamboo crafts (Gigantochloa apus) and bamboo gutters (Schizostachyum brachdladum). This type of bamboo used for the base material is a bamboo basket-making craft of green (Gigantochloa apus) and the manufacture of the bamboo gutters tepas (Schizostachyum brachdladum). The highest economic value of the bamboo used is bamboo gutters and economic value of the lowest green bamboo.
