  • Providing the balanced scorecard applied on PT. BNI Bank is related to assessment of performance for each working units available. In formulating the problems on this study is how the perspective influence of studying and its growth on performance of employees on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bank of Kabanjahe Branch Office, as well whatever factors ever influencing to a working satisfactory as the employee of the bank in branch office. The objective of this study is to know to analyze the influence of perspective in knowing well and growth to their performance up for the bank and to know and analyze the factors influencing their satisfactory in working as employee for PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk of Kabanjahe branch office. This research adopted the theory of human resources management about the performance, working satisfactory and balanced scorecard theory. It is indeed, this study applied a case study approach, and this research is known as explanatory method. In completing this research adopted a quantitative descriptive research. In collecting the data, conducted it through interview, provided questionnaire and with documentation study. The sample of this study is noted totally 34 people. The variable shall be assessed with likert scale. In examining the hypothesis adopted a multiple regression analysis with F test and t test. The result of study showed that their satisfactory as employee is quite good, it is noted also by sending them for training got already run as well, their productivity as employee is noted highly, and their performances is noted well, still infrastructure facilities has been available appropriate and condition to do in action is noted good. The first hypothesis simultaneously showed that variable of perspective in studying and growth comprising of employee satisfactory in working, coaching the employee, and their productivity influencing significantly on their performance in serving BNI Kabanjahe Branch. In partially, productivity of employee influencing more dominantly on their performance as working on BNI Kabanjahe Branch. For secondly hypothesis test showed that variable of competency as staff, infrastructure, and climate to have action got a significantly influence on their satisfactory in serving BNI Kabanjahe Branch. Partially, it indicated that climate in having action is influencing more dominantly on their satisfactory who serving on BNI Kabanjahe Branch.
