- Decision making in selecting grantee in Bidik Misi scholarship is based on multiple criteria. Thus, a model and method which can cope and solve this multiple criteria decision making problem are needed. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is one of several methods which can solve any multiple criteria decision making case. The very concept of SAW method is to calculate and sum the weighted rate of every alternatives of the grantee based on the criteria’s. SAW method demanding matrix normalization process in which than can compare into the scale in every alternatives. The result is a software prototype wich is capable to support the decision makin on selecting grantee in Bidik Misi USU Scholarship.
