- Diseases of the stomach ulcer include pain (gastritis), Dyspepsia and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). Ulcer disease is caused by excessive stomach acid, so the stomach wall is not strong withstand stomach acid, causing injury. Dyspepsia due to various causes, among others, the power of movement disorders upper GI and the presence of delayed gastric emptying time and psychological stress. GERD is a disorder as a result of gastroesophageal reflux. Typical symptoms of GERD is a burning sensation in the chest, discomfort when swallowing, and pain when swallowing. Certainty of diagnosis of stomach diseases can be carried out through laboratory tests.
