- The study of public in goverment has been made so much in the study is replication in yusriati (2007) in the same title but different location, but the function of the study was not different with yusriati that to know whatever the budget of performance based budget this suggest influencing the Tebing Tinngi government units performance. The population of study was all leader of unit (SKPD) of the Tebing Tinggi Government, the analisis unit that head of unit, the head of budget, sub head of financial and all treasurer SKPD. To colled data to do the questioner to put out the writer, and to ask the data scundary of SKPD with the responsible. Before the examination of hypotesis was do analysis double regression, the first quality of data and test of classical assumption. The result of the study that influence to application performance based budget to SKPD performance in the Tebing Tinggi Government.
