Pursuant to research result, writer can conclude that applying of SIA Payroll at PT.(Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia I Cabang Belawan have adequate and good enough although still there are used system. This company to apply Application SIA program namely Sistem Manajemen Kepegawaian ( SIMPEG ), but practically program SIMPEG not yet is fully used in procedure of payment of fee and wages. This matter can be seen by still used of Microsoft Excel at procedure payment of fee and wages although still there are used system. Applying of SIA payroll in this company have also been supported by this internal control seen by the existence of dissociation of authority system duty and of practice the healthiness.
