- The purpose of this research is to examine the effect financial performance on firm’s value. Financial performance is represented by ROE, corporate social responsibility disclosure is represented by CSDI, and firm’s value is represented by PBV. Populations of this research are whole manufacturing companies in Indonesia on BEI during the period of 2007 and 2008. This research is used simple regresión and multiple regresión as análysis model. The result of this research indicates that ROE has no significant influence to PBV. The other result is that CSDI also has no significant influence to PBV and therefore, CSDI is not a moderating variable.
