- PT. Mopoli Raya Medan is a national private company engaged in oil palm and rubber plantations. As an effort in order to maintain and develop its business, the company is expected to manage human resources well. Human resource management is right to support the achievement of the vision, mission and strategic goals of the company. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance in PT. Mopoli Raya Medan and find out and analyze the influence of work discipline, and creativity of organizational culture on PT. Mopoli Raya Medan. The theory used in this research is the theory of Human Resource Management, which deals on Leadership, Organizational Culture and Performance. The method used in this study is to survey approach. The study was quantitative and descriptive nature of the research is explanatory research. Methods of data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires, and study documentation. Methods of data analysis used were multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mopoli Raya Medan, amounting to 76 employees. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula using 90 percent confidence level, then the sample size was 43 employees. The results test the first hypothesis suggests that leadership and organizational culture are simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Mopoli Raya Medan. And partially dominant organizational culture of the leadership. Further testing showed that the second hypothesis, work discipline and creativity simultaneously significantly influence the organizational culture at PT. Mopoli Raya Medan, and the partial effect is more dominant than the creativity of work discipline. The conclusion of research are: (1) test the first hypothesis, results showed that leadership and organizational cultures together significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Mopoli Raya Medan, and (2) Testing the second hypothesis, the result that the discipline of work and creativity together influential and significant impact on organizational culture at the PT. Mopoli Raya Medan.
