- The school library is a place where students gain acces information and knowledge. Library is a facility supporting the teaching and learning process through the media of library materials and services in accordance with school curriculum.With library facilities students can develop their creativity and imagination. In the manifesto of IFLA (International Federation of Library Association ), which was then ratified by UNESCO in 1999, stated that the school library provides information and ideas that is fundamental to the succesfull fuctioning of a society based on information and knowledge today.What about the important role school libraries also can be seen from the statement of a former member of the education commission in the United States, which states that imaginable by a school of library is a measure of what feels about education. Benefits that can be obtained using the software for administration at the school library is loaning and return of library books more easily and quickly counting stock faster. Departute from these descriptions, then to design an application that requires accurate data applications that are designed to meet the requirements.
