- The main purpose of this research is to analyze the factors which influence on the effect of the increased of foreign direct investment in Indonesia. The variables employed in this research are Investment Credit Rate of Interest, Libor, and Foreign Exchange Reserves in Indonesia. The data used in this research are time series data from 1986 until 2007. The method that used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The estimated showed the R-Squared is 82%, it means that the independent variable as much as 82 percent. While the rest 18% are explained by variables are not include in estimation model. F-statistic is bigger than F-table (28,349 > 5.09); it means that investment credit rate of interest, Libor, and foreign exchange reserve together affected on the increased of foreign direct investment in Indonesia, significantly at α = 1%.
