  • Cut Meutia Hospital of North Aceh District is one of the hospitals in the Province of Aceh are still experiencing problems with the quality of health services. Based on the preliminary survey conducted in hospitals Cut Meutia, within 3 (three) years (2007-2009) the number of visits occurred tidal inpatients and many complaints from people who claim the quality of care in hospitals Cut Meutia still do not meet expectations. This research was a type explanatoty research to analyze the influence of quality health services on the satisfaction of inpatients Cut Meutia Hospital. The population in this study were inpatients in hospitals Cut Meutia in April until June 2010. The sample amounted to 95 people taken in sistematic random. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that all the variable quality of health services (tangibility, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empaty) significant effect on patient satisfaction. Variables of the most dominant influence on patient satisfaction are variable empaty Suggested to Cut Meutia Hospital of North Aceh district to improve the quality of service is oriented to the needs of patients. In addition, continuous improvement efforts need to be done by implementing education and training for service excellence, providing a fast, precise and accurate and to increase commitment in the work. Facilities, infrastructure and environmental health continues to improve, maintain and improve existing facilities and to improve the supervision of health service activities
