- An investigation of perceptions of health personnel to pharmaceutical care at the Health Center in accordance with the PP 51 of 2009 models used descriptive survey research conducted in 4 (four) Health Center in Serdang Bedagai at May of 2010. The results showed that there are still health workers who do not know what is meant by pharmaceutical care (22.68%) and who is the pharmacist (12.37%). pharmaceutical care in community health centers surveyed entirely carried out by assistant pharmacists (100%). Opinions of respondents regarding pharmaceutical care at the Health Center include the time needed to serve the recipe ≤ 10 minutes (78.35%), the etiquette / rules label use (100%), providing drug information (92.78%), and the counseling or Ask-responsibility between patients with drug service officers (87.63%). In generally, perceptions of health personnel in health center of pharmaceutical care in accordance PP 51 of 2009 is good. This is reflected in the results of a survey that 95.88% agree with the PP 51 Article 2 of 2009, 65.98% agree with the PP 51 Article 21 Paragraph 2, and 68.04% agree placed pharmacists in pharmacy work in health centers.
