- SYAWAL AFFANDI HIDAYAT: Respons Growth and production of Some Varieties mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) to Giberrelin GA3 concentration, supervised by Ir. M. K. Bangun, MS and Luthfi A. M. Siregar, SP, MSc, PhD. The respons of GA3 to growth and production of some varieties mung bean never been studied in this area. Therefore, a research had been conducted at field of Agriculture Faculty USU, Medan (± 25 m above sea level) in August – October 2010 using factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors: three varieties of mung bean (Murai, Perkutut, Kutilang) and application of GA3 (0 ppm, 40 ppm, 80 ppm, 120 ppm). The result showed that application of GA3 significantly increase the plant height 3 and 4MST, varieties of mung bean significant to sum of flowers per plant.
