- PT X is a manufacturer in producing food for chicken (pellet S-11). This researh is using statistical process control to look the capability process of PT X, so with this technique the manufacturer can decrease the variability as much as possible. It’s a necessary because PT X doesn’t has a special method in controlling pellet S-11. And with this capability process technique, PT X want to control the whole process in the production floor. It can be also to control the end item product with determine the acceptance sampling plans according MIL-STD 1916 and giving an implementation direction about the acceptable and rejected lot. From the analysis result, poor capability cause by operator performance, raw material warehouse, turn head tool and the process to produce S-11 itself doesn’t works optimumly. And for the acceptance sampling plans calculation with MIL-STD 1916 method, the acceptable lot are protein, fat and fiber. Calcium and phosphor are rejected. For rejected lot, tightened inspection shall be istituted.
