- This research aim to know and analyze factor influence level of motivator factor and hygiene factor to work satisfaction of out sourcing employee Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Setiabudi Branch, Medan, and know factor having an effect on most dominand to employye`s work satisfaction at out sourcing employee Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Setiabudi Branch, Medan. This research method applied is descriptive analiytical method and multiple regression analytical method and using the SPSS version 15.00 software as processing data. The data collection technic of primary data is by distributing questionnaires in which variables are measured with Likert scale. The result of this research indicates that independent variable applied that is motivator factor and hygiene factor simultaneously and individually has significant influence to variable dependent that is work satisfaction of out sourcing employee Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Setiabudi Branch, Medan. The result of this also indicates that motivator factor is which most dominant influences work satisfaction of out sourcing employee Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Setiabudi Branch, Medan. Based on determinant identification showed that adjusted R2 is 76% that means work satisfaction of out sourcing employee Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 effected by motivator factor and hygiene factor by 76% and 24% effected by other variables that not been used in this research.
