- The aimed of this research to analyze the effect of stress level and coping resorces on family’s coping strategy post disaster after six months and one year in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. The design of this research was crosssectional study and retrospective studies. Data included the condition of family faced after six months and a year after earthquake and tsunami disaster except for coping resourses was without six months data. Sampling method used random sampling with 138 samples. Statistic analysis used basic statistic, Spearman and multiple regression analyisis. There was a significant correlation between family size both with emotion and problem focused of coping. The personality had significant correlation with problem focused of coping, as well as social support had significant correlation with emotion focused of coping. Physic and mental had significant correlation with emotion focused of coping. Family size, personality, physic and cognitive level of stress had significant correlation with probelm focused of coping. Head of family and wife ages, social support, mental and behaviour level of stress influences emotion focused of coping significantly.
