- Isolation of alkaloids compounds which contained in leaves of sidaguri (Sida rhombifolia L.) has been done with maceration technique with methanol solvent. Methanol exctract then concentrated with rotary evaporator. The concentrated exctrack then partition extraction with n-hexane and then acidified with HCl 2M until pH = 2, then bacidified with NH4OH(p) until pH = 9-10. The basic fraction then partition with diethylether. The concentrated diethylether extact which is alkaloid was analysed with Thin Layer Cromatography and separated by column chromatography using chlorofom : methanol (70 : 30 v/v) as a mobile phase. The brownish-yellow paste was obtained in fraction 11- 30 with Rf = 0,92 with weight 0.5 g. That paste then identified using Infra Red Spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (1H-NMR). Based on data and interpretation analysis it shows that the paste in alkaloid.
