- The purpose of this study is to determine how the payroll accounting system to be implemented by PT. Atmindo be sufficient to assist corporate management in control. The research is descriptive research that uses primary data such as results of interviews with secondary parties such as corporate and observation techniques, interviews with secondary parties such as corporate and observation techniques, interviews descriptive. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Atmindo Medan, which is located in Yos Sudarso No way. 100 and the time the study began in February 2010 to the completion of this thesis. The results of this study indicate that the system adopted by the PT. Atmindo Medan to handle the payroll has been adequate in helping the company management in controlling salaries. This is good because the company has a lot of labor and as a reward for their services in the form of salaries, so the company must have an accounting system effective.
