- The objective of the research was to find out and to analyze whether of Profit Sharing Fund, Block Grant, Special Grant, and Special Autonomy Fund simultaneously and partially had the influence on Capital Expenditure in District/Town Government of Aceh Province and to find out and to analyze whether Economic Growth as moderating variable could strengthen and weaken the influence of Profit Sharing Fund, Block Grant, Special Grant, and Special Autonomy Fund on Capital Expenditure in District/Town Government of Aceh Province. The result of the research showed that, simultaneously, Profit Sharing Fund, Block Grant, Special Grant, and Special Autonomy Fund had significant influence on Capital Expenditure. Partially, Profit Sharing Fund did not have any significant influence on Capital Expenditure, Block Grant had significant influence on Capital Expenditure, Special Grant did not have any significant influence on Capital Expenditure, and Special Autonomy Fund had significant influence on Capital Expenditure. The variable of Economic Growth as moderating variable could not moderate the influence of Profit Sharing Fund, Block Grant, Special Grant, and Special Autonomy Fund on Capital Expenditure.
- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Dana Otonomi Khusus berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Belanja Modal pada pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebagai variabel pemoderasi dapat memperkuat dan memperlemah pengaruh Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Dana Otonomi Khusus terhadap Belanja Modal pada pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Dana Otonomi Khusus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Secara parsial, Dana Bagi Hasil tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal; Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal; Dana Alokasi Khusus tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal; Dana Otonomi Khusus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebagai pemoderasi tidak mampu untuk memoderasi pengaruh Dana Bagi Hasil, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Dana Otonomi Khusus terhadap Belanja Modal.
