- A research of flood early warrning system has been done by getting the input of rain by using ARIMA model in Deli-Percut River Stream Area. One of the problems of River Stream Area is flood. Factor which influences the River Stream Area in Indonesia is the quantity of rain falling into if. This research, the falling rain is predicted by using ARIMA model. Prediction data come from secondary data in the River Stream Area. To calculate the rain the falling rain in the River Stream Area user Thornthwaite and Mather methods. The result of the research, one system is found and able to use as early warning system of flood in the River Stream Area of Deli-Percut. This system should be able the use as the flood early warning system for the other River Stream Area in the whole areas of Indonesia.
