- The aim of this research is to analyze the factors which influences the economic growth in Indonesia. The variables employed in this research are export, Government expenditure, and inflation. Data used for this research is time series data from 1970 to 2007. The data is processed with program e-views 5.1 by using econometric model that is Error Correction Model (ECM). The estimation showed R-square is 92%, it means that the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable as much as 92%, while the rest 8% are explained by variables are not included in estimation model. Export and Government expenditure have positively influence on economic growth. inflation has negatively influence on economic growth. All the independent variables are significant in statistic estimation and according to hypothesis.
