- Isolation of terpenoida compound from the seeds of Duku ( Lansium domesticum L. ) had been done. The seeds were extracted by using methanol as solvent. The methanol extract was partition by n – hexane . The layer of methanol was chromatography coloumn by using solvent n – hexane : Aseton ( 80 : 20 ) . The residu yielded was purified to make a purified residu.The purified residu as yellow paste.Then paste was identified by using Infra Red Spectroscopy ( FT – IR ) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Proton ( 1H – NMR ).Based on spectrum data considered that compound have been isolated is Terpenoida compound.
